About the Role

As a CSR Advisory Associate, you'll work with corporate clients to design, implement, and optimize their Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. You'll bridge the gap between business objectives and social impact, ensuring CSR programs are strategic, compliant, and genuinely transformative.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of CSR strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Research and identify high-impact NGO partners for CSR programs
  • Assist in due diligence and assessment of potential implementing partners
  • Help prepare CSR budgets, proposals, and board presentations
  • Monitor CSR program implementation and track key metrics
  • Ensure compliance with Section 135 and related CSR regulations
  • Prepare impact reports and documentation for stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Social Work, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or social sector consulting
  • Understanding of India's CSR regulatory framework (Companies Act 2013)
  • Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Nice to Have

  • MBA with specialization in Sustainability or Social Entrepreneurship
  • Experience working with corporate foundations or CSR departments
  • Knowledge of SDGs and ESG frameworks
  • Existing relationships with NGOs or corporate CSR teams
  • Certification in ESG or Sustainability (added advantage)
