About the Role

Join our technology team to build innovative platforms that empower thousands of NGOs across India. You'll work on our Integrated NGO Platform and Unified Collaboration tools, creating solutions that simplify operations, enhance compliance, and enable data-driven decision making for the social sector.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
  • Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in full-stack web development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Vue.js
  • Experience with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies
  • Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

  • Experience building SaaS products or multi-tenant applications
  • Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
  • Exposure to the social sector or nonprofit technology
  • Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or similar BaaS platforms
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
