About the Role

As an Impact Assessment & Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst at Transunifyy, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing frameworks that measure the real-world impact of social programs. Working closely with NGOs, foundations, and government agencies, you'll transform data into actionable insights that help our partners optimize their interventions and demonstrate outcomes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for diverse social programs
  • Conduct baseline surveys, midline assessments, and endline evaluations
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights
  • Prepare comprehensive impact reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Support proposal development with technical M&E inputs
  • Stay current with best practices in impact measurement and evaluation methodologies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, or research in the social sector
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical tools (SPSS, Stata, R, or similar)
  • Experience with survey design, data collection, and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including NGOs, corporates, and communities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with specific sectors: Health, Education, Livelihoods, WASH, or Gender
  • Familiarity with Theory of Change, Logical Framework Approach, and Results-Based Management
  • Published research or case studies in social development
  • Knowledge of CSR regulations and compliance requirements in India
