Expert - Natural Resource Management

With 11 years of experience in water resource management, irrigation, and agriculture development, Adinath has worked with leading organizations such as Watershed Organisation Trust, BAIF, CInI an initiative of Tata Trusts, Development Support Centre, and Yuva Mitra. His expertise spans integrated watershed management, soil and water conservation, agri-allied livelihoods, and GIS-based planning. Adinath has worked with the 2030 Water Resources Group, a multi-donor trust managed by the World Bank, focussing on the canal digital agrifood ecosystem program. His independent consultancy work includes ecological restoration with Raah Foundation, school sanitation project planning for ICICI Foundation, and water resource assessment and execution for United Way Bengaluru in Osmanabad, Latur, and Pune districts of Maharashtra under the Rural Rising and Environment Program. He also conducted a comprehensive impact assessment of 76 water bodies (Ex-Malgujari tanks) in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra for Tata Trusts to evaluate their sustainability and effectiveness. He specializes in government and stakeholder engagement, and techno-managerial services, contributing to sustainable water and agricultural solutions for rural communities.
