Suraj is CSR & Sustainability expert with more than 20 years' experience. He designs sustainable solutions at the intersection of corporate responsibility and grassroots development. His work empowers marginalized communities while delivering measurable business value. His strategic impacts include Corporate NGO Partnership, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Frameworks, Social Impact Assessment, and Sustainable Livelihood programs, CSR Design and Implementation. He holds Masters in Social Work. As co-founder of Ankqur Ecosystem (CSIR-NEERI-backed sustainability start-up), he leads initiatives on environmental sustainability, waste management, and pollution mitigation. He has also managed corporate relations and CSR programs at Lodha Group, Indiabulls Power, Avantha Power, IL&FS Environment and other organizations successfully implementing large-scale social development projects. He also conducted and drafted the Social Impact assessment report for the Greenfield National Highway project in Karnataka (NHAI) and conducted Human Rights Risk Assessment for Aarti Pharmalabs. He is an expert in data-related processes including data collection, analysis, utilization and dissemination. With extensive experience, he is skilled in designing and implementing effective data collection strategies.
