Sushil is a Mechanical Engineer (BE) and holds a PGDM in Finance from the prestigious Sydenham Institute, Mumbai. With over 23 years of rich experience in Finance and Technology, he has been at the forefront of innovative digital transformation in the Home Loans domain at HDFC Bank. During his 11+ years in Transformation, he partnered with leading Fintechs and Technology firms, driving impactful collaborations. He has successfully managed large, diverse teams, seamlessly integrating traditional financial practices with advanced digital solutions. Before venturing into Digital Transformation, he played a key role in credit underwriting for home loans, overseeing loan approvals for the Pune region at HDFC. Earlier in his career, he was part of the Operations team, gaining foundational experience. Prior to joining HDFC, he worked at Wipro Limited, where he contributed to the implementation of Six Sigma practices. Driven by his passion for the social sector, he has decided to contribute his expertise in Operations and Technology to strengthen the Development Sector Ecosystem.
